Legislative Role

The Senate Information Systems office is responsible for the operation, installation and coordination of the Senate’s information technology infrastructure.

Functions and Services

The Senate Information Systems Office performs the following duties:

  • Provides access to and maintains the Senate network
  • Provides computer and technical equipment to Senator Members and authorized staff
  • Provides support for a variety of software applications
  • Provides computer and technical training
  • Improves and maintains internal processes through programming and database tools
